Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience to start?
No. Our Beginner courses assume no prior shop background. We start with tool names, safety habits, and how to read a service manual without guesswork.
What tools do I need at home?
Most classes list a compact kit: hex set, tire levers, chain checker, cable cutters, and a floor pump. Advanced courses add a truing stand, torque wrench, bleed kit, or e-bike interface cable.
How long do I keep access?
Lifetime course access, including updates to PDFs and checklists. If standards change, we update the lesson and note the revision date.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes, a completion certificate is available upon passing the lesson checkpoints. It documents practical skills but is not a license for commercial service.
What’s your refund policy?
If a course doesn’t fit your needs, contact us within 14 days and before finishing 30% of lessons. We’ll help you switch or refund—no pressure or gimmicks.
Can I learn e‑bike diagnostics without a dealership account?
Yes. We teach general diagnostic flows and safety checks. Some OEM tools require vendor access; we show alternatives and when to defer to an authorized center.
Will these lessons void my warranty?
Follow torque specs and brand procedures. If a warranty requires authorized service, we highlight that step. When in doubt, document the process and contact the manufacturer first.
Can I buy courses for a team?
Yes. We support group orders and provide manager dashboards upon request. Start by writing us on the Contact page with expected seats and topics.
Do you offer closed captions and transcripts?
Absolutely. All videos include captions and searchable transcripts. PDFs are tagged for accessibility and high-contrast printing.
